What the analytics actually look like

Free shows you a total. Pro shows you whether the thing you printed is working, and where.

Automated fetches — link previewers, crawlers, uptime checks — are excluded from all of it, so the numbers are people rather than robots.

Questions people actually ask

What happens if I cancel? Every code you already printed keeps redirecting — we're not in the business of killing codes that are out in the world. You go back to the free feature set: no new codes past 2, and analytics detail switches off.

Do you track people? No. We store the coarse country your CDN reports, a device class (mobile/tablet/desktop) and the referrer. We don't store full IP addresses.

Can I change the destination later? That's the entire product. Yes, on every plan, as many times as you like.

How do I cancel? One click from your dashboard — it opens Stripe's own billing portal. No email, no retention call. See our refund policy.

Who handles payment? Stripe. Card details go straight to them; they never touch our servers.

Will you still be around in two years? The fair question when you're about to print our URL onto something. We've written the honest answer — who runs QRelay, what happens to your codes if you stop paying, and what happens if the service ever shuts down — on the about page.
